TheMacroSift.eth (RC) Interview
A conversation with AI Artist TheMacroSift.eth (RC), aka @themacrosift on X
INTERVIEW CONDUCTED ON FEBRUARY 7, 2025
ALL IMAGES BY THEMACROSIFT.ETH (RC) ARE GENERATED USING MIDJOURNEY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE
RC, known on X as TheMacroSift.eth, is a visual futurist whose work operates at the high-speed intersection of precision, power, and aesthetic innovation. His art is bold, immaculate, and often electrifying—with stunning women rendered in immaculate detail, cloaked in elegance, steel, and surreal circuitry. Whether posed in couture-inspired monochrome or glowing with the vibrant contrast of blues and oranges, RC’s women are radiant icons of the future—poised, commanding, and untouchable, as if pulled from the pages of a sci-fi couture manifesto. They aren’t just muses; they’re statements. Each figure is sculpted with high-definition finesse, merging sci-fi sensibility with fashion editorial sleekness.
Indeed, RC’s portfolio revolves almost exclusively around the female form, and it’s clear this isn’t by accident. There’s a reverence in his rendering, a fascination with form, power, and presence. His women are never passive—they are cybernetic queens, alien warriors, interdimensional muses, or digital goddesses rising from the code. This recurring focus creates a thematic consistency that strengthens his brand and vision, elevating his work beyond aesthetics into archetype. With sharp lines, luminous skin, and biomechanical enhancements, they reflect a world where beauty and strength evolve together, enhanced by technology but never diminished by it.
From glowing exoskeletons and droids to seductive avatars born of code, his compositions often play in hues of luminous blue, fiery orange, and slick industrial gloss. He masterfully balances the raw and the refined, pushing beauty through the lens of artificial intelligence with an almost surgical clarity. Each portrait carries the tension of control and chaos, elegance and evolution. RC's world is rendered in sharp definition, where every curve, texture, and expression feels intentional—optimized.
In his own words, he’s fueled by disruption and devoted to decoding the future. His vision is steeped in crypto, AI, transhumanism, and the elegant architecture of what comes next. Life, for him, is a system meant to be hacked, upgraded, refined—and his art reflects that ethos. With RC, the future isn't an abstract concept. It’s a dazzling visual now. It’s an honor to feature him in this interview.

Without getting too personal, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm a husband, father, personal trainer, indoor cycling instructor, educator, investor, and a modern-day bohemian with an obsession for the future. I'm a consummate optimist, often referred to as a cheerleader because I genuinely root for people’s happiness and success—both in the real world and among my friends in the digital space.
Could you please tell us which country you live in?
I live in the United States.
What led you to begin working with AI imagery?
To be honest, it was kind of accidental. When ChatGPT dropped in 2022, I knew it was a seismic shift in society. That sent me down the AI rabbit hole, and I never looked back. While I was in deep, I discovered how to bring my thoughts and ideas to life using DALL·E.
What AI tools do you use?
I love exploring all the latest AI tools! However, I primarily use ChatGPT, Midjourney, Suno, RunwayML, and DeepSeek.
What inspires you?
I'm inspired by the relentless pursuit of the next frontier—AI, crypto, and emerging tech reshaping the world in real time. Disruption fuels me, and I thrive on decoding chaos into something actionable.
I’m drawn to precision, clarity, and optimization—whether in markets, AI-generated art, or longevity. Life is a constant upgrade, and those who push their limits keep me locked in.

In which other medium, if any, do you practice art?
There’s no other medium that I practice art with.
Would you consider AI-generated art true art?
Absolutely! This is a conversation I constantly have with my creative friends. My thesis is simple: for well over a hundred years, technology has intersected with art, giving rise to new forms of creativity. The use of AI to create art is no different. I could talk about this for hours, but some minds will never be changed—and that’s fine with me.
Please share one or a few of your favorite images with us.
Here are five of my favorite images:

Do you title your AI-generated art? If you do, what inspires you to come up with these titles?
That’s something I’ve started doing more recently. I enjoy it because I believe it gives my art more gravitas.
When do you tend to be the most productive, and do you work in long sessions or short bursts?
I'm more of a short-burst person due to my crazy schedule. However, when I do have a little more time on my hands, it allows me to be more experimental.
Messy Hair
What type of prompts do you prefer: text or AI-generated descriptions through fed images?
It's actually a little of both. Initially, I was solely text-based, but as I evolved and discovered the type of art I love to create, I began blending together some of my favorite images from the past.
When prompting with text, do you write simple text-based prompts or complex ones?
Most of the time, they are simple text, and that's a byproduct of training my personalization code within Midjourney.
Do you think text-based prompts should be shared within the AI art community?
This is something I struggle with. On one hand, it would be helpful to others, but I also believe people should take the time to create prompts that reflect their own individual voice.
What is the most unconventional method you have used to create an image?
I love blending images I’ve created with my favorite lines of poetry, then letting the ‘Chaos’ feature in Midjourney add its own unpredictable magic.
How many images have you generated using AI technology?
That's a great question! Easily over 10K.

Tell us a bit about your X handle and X username.
The Macro Sift is about cutting through the noise—sifting out the fluff and distilling the best insights in AI, crypto, finance, and emerging tech. It’s a play on "macro" thinking (big-picture trends, paradigm shifts) and "sift" (curating only what matters).
How many X followers do you currently have?
Almost 9,000
How many X accounts do you currently follow?
A little 4,500
How long have you been on X (Twitter)?
With a prior account since 2011. My current account since May 2023.

Is there any other online platform where we can view all of your previous work apart from X?
Yes! I also post some of my work on Instagram, which automatically shares it to Threads. I'm also on Bluesky. Truth be told, I prefer X above all else.
In this world of cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), are you currently selling your digital art on any platform? If so, which platform are you using?
I’ve used OpenSea and Rarible in the past. I love the NFT art space, but I just don’t have enough time to dedicate to it anymore.
Are you selling tangible AI-generated artwork, such as high-quality prints like Giclée prints?
Not currently.
Could you suggest some AI artists you like that we could follow?
Is there anything else you would like to add or share with the AI community?
I love the AI Art community. It is truly the best social media-based community to be part of. I'm truly grateful to be part of it.
Goodnight, my friends. Sweet dreams.
